After fasting overnight, I attended early Saturday morning, no one was waiting so that was good. Anna was prompt and we had a chat while preparing and taking the bloods which was nice as it took my mind off the actual taking of the bloods. Would recommend here but just know it’s a small clinic.
Arrived 15 minutes before closure to be told I couldn't have bloods taken. I explained I had a Newborn and I am struggling to get there. Was treated poorly and left in tears. I was very disappointed as I regularly go to this clinic for bloods and will not be attending here again.
I visited the new Lisarow Pathology building on 25/03/25 at 1 PM and found no reception, staff, or any sign of human presence. I waited for a while but saw no one. To check if I was in the right place, I slightly opened a nearby door and heard noise inside. I politely said, “Hi, I’m here for a blood test.” The staff member inside rudely told me to wait outside.
