I visited the new Lisarow Pathology building on 25/03/25 at 1 PM and found no reception, staff, or any sign of human presence. I waited for a while but saw no one. To check if I was in the right place, I slightly opened a nearby door and heard noise inside. I politely said, “Hi, I’m here for a blood test.” The staff member inside rudely told me to wait outside.
