Very efficient and wait time was good. Collector/staff member was lovely and friendly
Very friendly staff who no what they are doing. The collector explained everything to me before we started She had trouble at first getting a vein, which often happens to me , but she stayed calm and was very aware of keeping me as comfortable as possible. I had next to no bruising which I am very grateful for. I would highly recommend.
So friendly and highly proficient staff. They made everything so comfortable.
