Worker was late sat there for 20 mins with 9 people in front of me only 1 person was seen 2 people bailed so I did too
I arrived 20mins before closing and the lady was putting the garbage out and said i had to come back tomorrow! I have fasted for this blood test all day! Thought this office was open till 5pm?
The technician was friendly and kind but I had bad bruising from blood test.
Pretty appalling to be turned away by your pathologist cause they don’t wanna print out my referral, when it’s an urgent test needed. So much for care and consideration. Absolutely DISGUSTING
