Arrived 10.05am, walked out 11.25am without bloods taken due to 12pm doctor's app. Young chap on his own, 3 blood tests completed in that time is not satisfactory service
Staff are late and couldnt read the gps request form! Go else where
Staff member arrived 25 min after opening time, already large group waiting outside. Once open, very slow. If like me you need to be at work, perhaps consider somewhere better staff resourced. I’m still here waiting an hour after expected opening time.
