Poor staff environment, unprofessional attitudes and behaviour. Never again.
I waited 2.5 hours for treatment after arriving before 7.30am. Very disappointing.
Dropped off samples. Rock up to doctor a week later, half of my samples were submitted, half were not. With all due respect, Laverty Kotara, where did you put my cups of pee? Can I have them back?
A second site closed with no information. Very hard to get a test on a Saturday when I work full time and your website advises locations are open. Update your website and Google page to advise you’re closed!! So we’re not running around to closed sites that say they’re open. No calls to site can be made to confirm if open or not. Poor service and communication provided.
