absolutely shocking service! the lady that pricked my blood was hurriedly and rude the whole time i was there, no fretting as i walked in the door. i got my bloods done but she basically ripped everything off and throwing empty viles down, absolutely no pleased, i don’t recommend
Friendly, experienced and caring nurse. Little waiting time, small but efficient environment.
They were fast but it came at a cost... a vein has been peirced. My arm is severely bruised (deep purple/green) and still hurts 5 days later. I just hope my results are ok :,)
We called the day before to confirm they could assist. The pathologist arrived 10 minutes after they are supposed to open, then tells us “oh, I don’t do kids, you will need to go somewhere else”. Great. Thanks for leaving me with 2 fasting kids in the rain, I’m happy I called in advance too…
