I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the appalling standard of service at your Kings Langley collection centre. The lack of professionalism and total absence of basic compassion from the staff is unacceptable. Patients are left waiting upwards of 25 minutes per person for straightforward collections, while the phlebotomist moves at an agonizingly indifferent pace. Excellent service. Quick and there was no discomfort at all. Friendly and reassuring

Mahmuda, she is an excellent blood taker. I always have problems taking blood , never like to do , because they always prick left hand then right. It’s all hurt so much. She just did it one go. So good . I want to come when she is here only.
