Incompetence personified. Needed to go to Laverty over several days for different tests. Never saw the same person twice. Didn't know I had a booking; Didn't know their way around the room; Didn't seem to know what they were doing; Gave incorrect information about my tests etc etc. It has been a llitany of errors. In future I will refuse to use Laverty Pathology.

Bec at the Kiama Laverty, located in the medical practice, is so patient and caring during blood test procedures. She puts my children at ease during the procedure, with her empathetic and caring nature.
Today I had a very bad experience, I did book the appointment for my GTT test for which I have to fast and I am pregnant too. I went to the lab which is in Kiama, only to find out that Laverty team hasnot showed up. Tried to ring them no use, and also got to know that this is not for the first time, are you even serious about your job and consumers? What is the purpose of booking? I am with the baby and was fasting and need to come back without any test. Such a unprofessional people of Laverty pathology. So disappointed.
