Hands down this is the worst and slowest pathology south side.
Don’t bother trying to call them, went through every possible sequence and not a single one gets you through to an operator. If someone with accessibility needs was to try get access to this service it would be impossible. For a medical institution this is appalling.
Website says operating hours are from 7am but waited for 30 mins for someone to open the door and get the tests done. No notification, over 10 people waiting in the queue expecting some one would show up. Very disappointing.
