21 February, the person who saw me for my blood test was absolutely lovely and professional. The environment is very pleasant and clean.
Very Disappointing Experience I arrived at 11:50 AM, well within the advertised hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00PM, only to find that the pathologist had already left. I called to request her return, but was told this was not possible. This lack of adherence to the stated hours and unwillingness to accommodate is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
Ali was extremely friendly and very accommodating. He is great with kids and adults alike, he made it a very comfortable experience. Thank you for your patience and professionalism Ali!
I came in to do a glucose test and a blood test and I found the staff to be very welcoming and accomodating to my children and myself. I was served by a lovely polite and well mannered employee in the pathology. The receptionist even put cartoons on the tv for my kids while we were in the waiting room as a glucose test takes 2 hours so I need to sit for 2 hrs. It is easy to find on street parking and the medical centre is not to busy in my case I went in early at 7:30am which is when pathology opens . I would definitely come... read more
