I got my blood work done by Shanthi twice . She is quite a professional and very pleasant experience . For my arm its always an issue to find the nerve , but she did it very easily in one go . Happy , easy and no pain 😊

1st time visit Laverty Homebush. Handy location. Opening time 7.30am is very good and easy parking on the Cresent. Need OGTT test at least 2 hours. The Pathologist, Shanti is very friendly and technique very good. My vein is thin and not easy to find, although one failed attempt on my left arm today, she done all 3 needles on my right arm. Little bruise like none. Very good experience this time, thumbs up on her

The few times ive been here it was fast and efficient,the indian lady its very nice ,i Really like that isn't much of a wait for your turn and it's mostly empty.

This is one of the worst pathology centre i have been to. I had a Telehealth appointment with my doctor to which I had an email pathology request. When I got there at 7.30 the old Caucasian lady who is so rude , has no manners like some lunatic doesn’t even tell us her printer doesn’t work. Shes then figuring out how to access emails. Some other Indian woman helped her but she was more obsessed in photocopying random papers nothing to do with the last patient so I wait then she’s like oh we can’t print it.
