Attended on Thursday 6th August to find a note stating "closed until 8.30am Saturday ". Arrived early Saturday and no-one there to open by 9am! Not good enough!
VERY GOOD OPERATING HOURS, WONDERFUL FRIENDLY EXPERIENCED STAFF THAT I HAVE MET AT LEAST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PATHOLOGY COLLECTION SERVICE.
Went in for blood test, blood tests were unlabelled and unusable due to the incompetence of staff who took it. When I was informed and went to speak to the pathology in Kippax they had no record of the bloods and tried telling me I didn't even have them done there which is very incorrect and very unprofessional. I tried to fix a problem I did not create and was met with nothing but rejection and very unhelpful. Had to beg the lady to call the lab and check. I had a very disappointing experience here today. My partner and I sat waiting for around 10 minutes before a staff member finally came out and rudely asked, “Do you two need blood tests?” I replied that it was only for myself, and she immediately said, “I’m not taking any more appointments,” with no apology or explanation. It was an hour before close with only 3 other individuals in the waiting room.
