I have no idea why my Mum's partner's test results were not flagged. His heart attack enzymes were so high! He had had a heart attack and no one let him know. This is negligence. There was no call back from the doctor who asked for the tests. He only survived a couple of days after that and was taken to hospital by ambulance the day before he died.
