Wonderful experience for my young daughter. Both the female and male staff member worked together as it was her first blood test. She explained to them she was nervous but didn’t want to be restrained. They listened to her, tried to distract her and joke with her, and didn’t start until she was ready. This has helped her build trust with medical professionals
Had me in and out in no time. The staff were really nice and welcoming. They explained everything to me and were very gentle taking my blood. 10/10
The staff were friendly competent and really professional. They managed to find my notoriously difficult to find veins on the first try very accommodating would highly recommend.
When I went to the laboratory, they had already taken my blood. A few seconds later, they realised one test was missing, so they had to do another puncture to collect more blood. They performed two punctures in total to complete all the tests.
