Pleeeease, make the phone number connect to a person. Please find a way. It’s so frustrating that I effectively need to attend in person to speak to someone that we need to reinvent the telephone as a means of conveying information without the need to travel.
So terribly slow. Waited over an hour to go in for a blood test with only 3 in front of me. They took so much time in between patients too. Next time I will go elsewhere
