My extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Laverty Pathology centre in Five Dock five days ago. The experience was unprofessional from start to finish. The staff member was incredibly slow and appeared confused by my doctor’s script, struggling to identify the correct tests required. More concerning was the blood collection itself. Always very helpful and efficient
Very efficient process with little wait time which is great. Jenny there great very kind and understanding. Will definitely return as a result.
This would have to be the slowest pathology I have ever been to. Each patient takes more than 20 mins. I have never experienced such a slow service previously. I wouldn't recommend going there. Unfortunately I can't give a zero.
