The ladies on Saturday were super machines, we walked in and grabbed number 24. These ladies were so polite and funny literally 2 mins a patient. We were in so fast thought we were going to be waiting for 2 hours. Please thank them for there service .
Extremely frustrating experience with Laverty while trying to get my NIPT test done. I paid $485 for the test and when I arrived they didn’t even have the correct tubes available. On top of that, they told me I needed additional forms from my doctor that were never mentioned beforehand. After paying such a high price, this level of disorganisation is unacceptable. I agree with the positive Google reviews about Nicole. She is consistently calm, patient, and supportive with all the trainees every time we come in. Her approachable manner with the trainee is next to nothing. I was surprised when she mentioned that she isn’t the boss. I just assumed she was in management. She is extremely knowledgeable. Excellent at taking blood, so happy the doctor told me about this centre wouldn’t go anywhere else. Trainee’s are always very good as well.
