Shocking, again. They get a 1 because the nurse was nice enough and took my blood; which I guess it the bare minimum. Anything positive stops short there. This is the second time where I’ve had to wait in excess of an hour. I walked in around 10am, hoping to skip the morning rush (bad in itself). Great! Just 3 people in front of me. A very positive experience. Easily located shop front with street parking. Parking is also available at two shopping centres close by. Reasonable wait time (I arrived around 9.30am with 6 people waiting ahead of me and left at 9.50am). The blood collector was friendly and professional, getting patients in and out very efficiently which was great.
Wed 25th march 8am kudos to the young man with the mother of all watches he quickly found my hidden vein and i did not even know the sample had been taken legend
