I’ve been in this place two week in a row. The wait time is ridiculous Need more staff in the morning also it would be good if the staff open up at the advertised time. Also change the numbering system as many people leave as they are sick of waiting put the number back then someone jumps the queue. Laverty get your act together.
Fantastic caring wonderful people.. been coming here for years..never had any problems. But now I do have a problem. Knowing that you are turning around collectors. Not all collectors are as good as the others..there are some Very Efficient and knowledgeable ones who we get used to and look forward to be looked after by them. Now it's pot luck!! It's definitely a Management decision.
