Very quick this morning, I was there at 7am and out the door 715am, 4th in line. Friendly and professional service.
The experience was good
Found the Engadine centre easy to find and very organised in its collection procedure.
All I wanted to do was to speak to someone about a test. But I had to go through a whole pile of phone garbages and still did not get what I wanted. What a waste of my time. You should be providing an assistance option earlier in the call and not be so full of yourselves offered web assistance. That is no good to me. I want to speak to someone and dont have the world of time to waste sitting to your options that do not answer my question. You should be considering your clients more valuable than you are
