Was kept waiting for 20 mins while the three people working were having a fun time joking and chatting with each other. Pretty disappointing and un-professional
Great service
I have fairly regular blood tests and am a difficult patient to find a vein in and I can without a doubt say that laverty edgworth is the best pathology I've been to for a blood test. The staff are so friendly and relaxed even when they are incredibly busy. Had a blood text today and around 2 weeks ago had the same lady both times, she's amazing found a vein first go, both times, was the quickest easiest blood test.
Phlebotomists here are always friendly and have good aim.
