I did not have to queue up for half-hour ,and people shoving and complaining about pushing in like other centres,quick ,fast and easy.
The rudest woman refused to do my test saying that she closes at 12, when Laverty's website says 1 pm (i showed it to her). She said Laverty are stupid!!!. She asked me to call Lavety and and complain about their mistake. I told her its not yet 12 (there is still 7 minutes), she said she can't accommodate. Refused to give me her name. She said when I complain they'll know who she is as only she works on Saturdays. Rude and kept telling me her company are stupid!
Place opens at 8am, twice in a week I’ve been here and they are late, today someone arrived at 9am.
