Pathetic for a large company like Laverty. They don't have the basic resources to simply update their opening times on their website. They closed half an hour early at 2pm but the website says 230! Ruined my day and plans because of slackness!! Very upset and frustrated at their unprofessionalism!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service here. Waiting for 1.5 hours, still haven't been called, three people leave without taking their tests due to frustration. Queue numbers are all mixed up, and a new visitor who arrived after me was got an earlier number. It's clear that this place needs a organized system in place.
I think the male pathologist is amazing and you dont even feel the needle go in or out.. and to drop off samples he makes everything easier on the patient. Everyone saying his slow which is wrong he is thorough and explains everything and asks questions before taking bloods to make sure you get the best service.
