Extremely disappointed with the service here. Waiting for 1.5 hours, still haven't been called, three people leave without taking their tests due to frustration. Queue numbers are all mixed up, and a new visitor who arrived after me was got an earlier number. It's clear that this place needs a organized system in place.

I think the male pathologist is amazing and you dont even feel the needle go in or out.. and to drop off samples he makes everything easier on the patient. Everyone saying his slow which is wrong he is thorough and explains everything and asks questions before taking bloods to make sure you get the best service.

This pathologist is by far the worst I’ve come across. He is the man currently working there. I alongside many other people I personally know have not had a pleasant experience with him. Always super slow and sluggish, waiting periods of 1 hour when only a few people in front Is terrible. He also lacks communication skills, and is not gentle when handling needles. The practice he works at is great but he ruins the experience there. I hope he is replaced soon or gets further training for his pace, communication, and handling.
