Staff are ridiculously slow and dont seem to care about how long everyone had been waiting. They stand around talking to each other and laughing. Feel like they waste time on purpose Judging by the previous reviews this is an ongoing problem
Closing time is 6pm but staff refuse to take test even before 5:30pm??? I understand staff just want to go home on time but why refuse test more than half an hour in advance?
Great experience at Laverty Pathology in Cherrybrook. When you arrive, you need to take a number and they call patients in order, which makes the process very fair and well organised. The staff are professional, friendly, and efficient, and the collection was done gently and quickly. The clinic is clean with minimal waiting time. It’s conveniently located next door to Cherrybrook Medical Centre, which makes it very easy to find. Highly recommended.
Shockingly slow this morning. Collection lady came at THE WORST TIME and just yapped to staff who had a queue of people waiting OUT THE DOOR! Staff didn’t seem to compensate the wait with trying to get through the massive queue. Waited an hour and then gave up when there was still 3 people ahead of me
