Been waiting over an hour now. Pathetic
I visited Cherrybrook Laverty today for a blood test and was looked after by Christine. I have very difficult veins and usually it takes multiple attempts, but she was incredibly gentle and skilled. She took the time to feel for the vein, chose the thinnest needle, and got it on the first try — I didn’t feel a thing. She was also super friendly and gave me a helpful tip for next time about using a little heat pad to make the vein easier to find. Really appreciate her care and professionalism.
