Terrible manner. The first time I went he couldn’t figure out which test my doctor wanted and was asking me to go back to them (since they’re 2 blocks away), check and come back. I said to just do the tests written on the slip which ended up being correct. The second time I went he looked at my arms and said I can’t see any veins. I said he drew from me last time and he said he was not comfortable drawing blood and told me to come back another time or go somewhere else. Specific feedback in relation to the Collection person on duty on Saturday 16 May. Closing time listed as 11.00 am. I walked in at 10.30am for tests including fasting blood tests. She said to reception she was finished for the day despite the very helpful reception lady advising the collection person that normally they do take patients right through to 10.50am , and that if she should see me since I had had been fasting . Arrived 10 minutes before the pathology was set to open (8 am) One person waiting in front of me. At 8.10 am I was informed the pathologist was running late due to being stuck in traffic. It’s now 8.28 am and I still haven’t been able to give my fasted blood test and am running late for work. Not impressed with this facility.
