Went in for a blood test at 2:30pm, no appointment, didn't have to wait.
If you're getting blood drawn go on Sunday and ask for Sonia. Great communication, very reassuring, flawless competence. Can't ask for a better experience.
Very slow. Seemed like every appointment took at least 15 minutes, with 5-10+ minute breaks between each patient. Great they're not rushing but I've never seen that anywhere before. Also saw a Pathologist enter the other room where her colleague was with a patient.

I waited outside for 1 hour today, and only one patient was seen during that time, which was extremely inefficient. Then everyone was told to go home because she had reached the end of her working hours. Last time at Laverty, the staff member I encountered had to go to lunch (at 1:30 p.m.), so I waited for more than two hours and it took two months to receive the results for unknown reasons. I will choose a different lab next time and will not come to Laverty again. The experience was very poor.
