Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Being in the same building as the doctor's surgery it was very convenient.

My son got a blood test done by Yolanda, who showed absolutely zero friendliness and needs to be taught basic social skills. She focused mainly on her computer and hardly spoke to us. At one point she pointed to a form and gave me a single word command 'signature'. Dogs get single word commands; humans are supposed to be spoken to in a civilised way.
