I never leave poor reviews like this but I’m honestly pretty shocked. Waited almost an hour when there was a queue of only three people. The pathologist clearly did not care and there was zero sense of urgency or consideration and the bedside manner was appalling. I went to this Laverty branch because it was nearby in Chatswood and open on Christmas Saturday. The service was fast and efficient - no waiting, and Joanne the nurse was pleasant, cheerful and quick. This will now be my go to pathology centre!
Will give zero stars if possible . Although the sample collector was v good , then company should feel ashamed of blind siding the customers / patients and sending invoices after the tests which are meant to be bulk billed. The technician who took my sample also wrote a side note to my doctors note of Medicare benefit scheme requirements being met and still the company helius pathology shamelessly sent me invoice. I used to dread blood tests, but after a few visits to Joanne here at Laverty in Help Street, Chatswood, I now look forward to them. She's not only an expert at her job, but also knowledgeable and fun too. I would 110% recommend Laverty Chatswood and Joanne to anyone.
I simply walked in without an appointment and was seen to immediately. I got lucky with the time of day. First time visiting this centre and I would strongly recommend them because of the amazing service I received 🙏 Very caring and efficient staff member. We chatted as she drew blood 😊 Painless process.
