Will give zero stars if possible . Although the sample collector was v good , then company should feel ashamed of blind siding the customers / patients and sending invoices after the tests which are meant to be bulk billed. The technician who took my sample also wrote a side note to my doctors note of Medicare benefit scheme requirements being met and still the company helius pathology shamelessly sent me invoice. I used to dread blood tests, but after a few visits to Joanne here at Laverty in Help Street, Chatswood, I now look forward to them. She's not only an expert at her job, but also knowledgeable and fun too. I would 110% recommend Laverty Chatswood and Joanne to anyone.
I simply walked in without an appointment and was seen to immediately. I got lucky with the time of day. First time visiting this centre and I would strongly recommend them because of the amazing service I received 🙏 Very caring and efficient staff member. Lindfield location is not clean, the lady makes people wait wile she talks to family in her home country. The dont open the hours advertised. Very bad location.
