The woman who took my blood pushed me up against the seat, yanked the belt hard around my arm, caused pain when the needle went in. 3 days later I still have a large bruise on the inside of my elbow. The same woman asked me a personal and inappropriate question.
Didn’t have to wait too long, the test was done smoothly and the staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy
