I was sent up to Kareena Laverty from Cronulla Laverty because the staff member on shift at Cronulla couldn’t collect blood for a 14 year old. When I arrived, the staff member at Kareena said that she couldn’t do it either and was quite rude about it. I won’t be going back. They seem inexperienced and not very competent. It was a waste of time.
Good friendly staff easy to deal with
Excellent experience every time. Not long waiting times. Efficient and friendly staff unlike other centres like Cronulla’s that ALWAYS open doors later that stated in website.
Love the fact that they are open after hours. Super convenient for me.
