Quick, friendly and efficient.
Had an appointment. No one was therr! Should have read reviews first as seems like this is a regular recurrence. What a joke!
Went for a blood test at 7:30am Tuesday 24/3/26 not open so waited with others and nobody turned up. Very poor from Laverty. Obviously don't care!
Needs better signage.. says open Monday-Friday, but it's closed on a Thursday..So went today (Friday) still closed, obviously a staff shortage
If I could rate 0 stars I would, staff didn't turn up and waited around for 1/2 hour from 7:30 am and no sign of any staff. Left sitting out the front the whole time, couldn't end up getting the test done because I had to be at work across the road by 8:00 am.
