Pathetic ! I booked for my wife’s glucose test at 7:30am. Was told to fast from the night earlier. Went for an appointment and found they open at 8am. At 8am they send a text saying appointment is cancelled without a reason. Absolutely disgusted with their unprofessional act. I wouldn’t recommend or wouldn’t be using Laverty ever anymore !
I have always found the staff at Laverty Camden (John St) to be kind and welcoming. They are efficient and reassuring.
We’ve been seeing Kara regularly during my IVF cycle, sometimes multiple times a week for blood draws, and I often have my toddler with me. Kara is absolutely wonderful, she’s so patient, kind, and goes out of her way to make the experience easier. She’s amazing with my daughter and she went above and beyond for us when there was a delay in my results from the lab. I’m so grateful for her care and support, it has made such a difference during a stressful time.
