Thurs, yesty...attended New Lambton branch. Sign on door closed, no notice. Fri, today attended Broadmeadow Branch, Sign on counter...upstairs, Closed today. Rolling circus yes, allow booking atleast for the day and notify if closed. Not that hard really. Market cornered, stuck with them...and I'm on foot so slipping over to the next suburb not an option.
11th March 26. No-one is in the Laverty collection office, even though it's open. Sat there for 35mins, along with others before I got up and walked through the place to find it completely empty!!! Had to call head office in Sydney. The Adamstown collection office is also closed, and was yesterday as well !! At least I could have taken my own blood at Broadmeadow. Fully open - and no-one there!! Something going on with Laverty, to have so many collection places closed in this area. Very Disappointing, and very unsafe..!!
I have been to this Laverty a few times and I would like to commend Tahlia for such amazing and welcoming service, I had to have a complete blood screen and also an ECG, I am not the best when it comes to getting bloods taken I get extremely light headed/faint, Tahlia took her time and showed me so much compassion and understanding and made sure I was comfortable. I definitely would recommend this pathology especially if Tahila is the one doing your bloods..
When i’ve been there for testing, the workers have always been accommodating, happy and reassuring, i would go back.
