I have been to this Laverty a few times and I would like to commend Tahlia for such amazing and welcoming service, I had to have a complete blood screen and also an ECG, I am not the best when it comes to getting bloods taken I get extremely light headed/faint, Tahlia took her time and showed me so much compassion and understanding and made sure I was comfortable. I definitely would recommend this pathology especially if Tahila is the one doing your bloods..
When i’ve been there for testing, the workers have always been accommodating, happy and reassuring, i would go back.
The girls that work at this location are lovely, they were quick to see me and made me feel very comfortable as I was very nervous to get my bloods done, especially Tahlia who was incredibly fast at getting my bloods and talked me through the entire process to make me feel less nervous
The team here showed serious unprofessionalism, after walking in and sitting down they took a while to notice we were there, then rather than apologising made it out that we were being difficult. After being directed into the room for tests there was no privacy, rather loud and inappropriate conversation among several employees in the room whilst there were still people waiting outside. After all this still being rude during the consultation…
Waste of time, the clinic is never open when it's meant to be. The last 3 times I have been to the GP and gone upstairs to get pathology afterwards, they have been closed.
