Rang Sydney head office to ensure this centre would be opened as I had already been to Georgetown and Adamstown and both closed. I was guaranteed they would be opened today, turned up and a sign on the door saying they would be closed all day. Complete disregard for peoples time and medical needs. 3 out of 3 local Laverty pathology centres closed when stated open on their website.
Thurs, yesty...attended New Lambton branch. Sign on door closed, no notice. Fri, today attended Broadmeadow Branch, Sign on counter...upstairs, Closed today. Rolling circus yes, allow booking atleast for the day and notify if closed. Not that hard really. Market cornered, stuck with them...and I'm on foot so slipping over to the next suburb not an option.
11th March 26. No-one is in the Laverty collection office, even though it's open. Sat there for 35mins, along with others before I got up and walked through the place to find it completely empty!!! Had to call head office in Sydney. The Adamstown collection office is also closed, and was yesterday as well !! At least I could have taken my own blood at Broadmeadow. Fully open - and no-one there!! Something going on with Laverty, to have so many collection places closed in this area. Very Disappointing, and very unsafe..!!
