I had a disappointing experience at Laverty Braddon. I went on 29/10/2025 about around 10:50am to drop off my sample, but the staff member on duty refused to collect it, saying their computer system wasn’t working. Being 9 months pregnant, I needed my tests done urgently, but she still told me to come back the next day. When I visited again on 30/10/2025, the computers were still not working, yet a different staff member kindly accepted my sample and assured me the tests would be processed the same day. Desperately needed bloods for my sick son and this place was the most convenient. Couldn't get through on the phone, emailed this woman who rudely never continued to reply despite me messaging numerous times. My sons testing and therefore treatment has been delayed because of this incompetence

Made an appointment and even walked in a days before to double check if the appointment was confirmed. Turned out that day they put a note saying they are closed??? What a clown 🤡 It was a glucose tolerance test for my wife, wasted my whole day for the appointment in void. Oh sure, money grows on trees... in their backyard. Very unprofessional, avoid at all cost.
