I went here for my gestational diabetes blood test 5 weeks ago, and no results were ever forwarded to the medical team on my referral or anyone at the hospital or my GP. My result ended up being positive, so I have had GD for 5 weeks undiagnosed due to the failure to forward results and only know due to my midwife following up multiple times. This can be extremely dangerous for myself and my baby and I am lucky I had no complications. Won’t be going here again.
I've found them to be the best locally. I have uncooperative veins and they cope with them very professionally.
Rhonda was absolutely lovely- I walked in and no one else was waiting so I went straight in. Rhonda was friendly, gentle and made me feel very comfortable- she also found my small veins very easily.
Excellent and efficient service every time. Staff are courteous, friendly and the waiting time is minimal
