There are many more elderly moving to Pacific Palms, so you really need to improve your customer service and get an extra staff member working there. At present the customer service is broken - even more so for patients requiring to fast for blood tests.
Karen was the most supportive, patient and kind woman who helped me with every inquiry I had and made me feel safe and welcomed. Not being from around the area I greatly appreciated the level of understanding and professionalism of staff here. Thanks again!
