Dear Laverty Pathology Management, I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit. I arrived at the clinic at approximately 1:22 pm, and there was no sign indicating that the clinic was closed or no longer accepting patients. I waited for around 15 minutes before a staff member informed me that she could only serve one more person, as she had a significant amount of work to complete inside.
