Excellent customer service from Swati. She explained the process and made sure I was comfortable. Very professional. No bruising or pain when drawing the blood. Definitely recommend her for sample collection.
Jovy was lovely she made the whole process quick and easy :)
I received a poor service yesterday. One of staff was being very rude and kept arguing with the patient. The most annoying part, she doesn’t know how to take blood.i will have to visit another centre to do my request.
