Quick - easy - friendly- very happy.
After walking right around Westfield Shopping Centre Belconnen I finally found this centre. I explained that I was from interstate and needed to have a blood test using my "Rule 3" request, this is were the "fun" started. The lady complained that she couldn't find what needed to be done ( I explained the form and where she could find the information she required) I felt like I was an inconvenience. I would like to give special praise to Swati for her excellent service. She was highly professional, gentle, and skilled. My blood test was completely smooth and almost painless. I had a difficult experience at another pathology clinic previously, where they tried three times unsuccessfully and left bruising on both of my arms.
