I came here at around 9am on a Friday and only had to wait around 10-15 minutes. The lady that took my blood was lovely, and even offered me some of her personal chocolate bar when I became dizzy after. I wish I remembered to grab her name for this review, but hopefully you can work out who it is from this review and thank her for her excellent care :)

worst experience ever! I went there for a blood test, my Gp request was covered by medicare. They sent me a bill of 206 aud. So, I called then for some explanation. After 30 minutes the first one call and one hour the second, they said I needed I new request from my Gp. I went again to my GP I asked for a new request, I left it at the reception. Got my blood taken today, the nurse who got my sample was very kind and made me feel comfortable after seeing I was nervous because I was getting lots of blood taken. The girl at reception was also helpful and polite. Got there early in the morning, so wait wasn't long.

I attempted to get blood check done today, but being there from 8am and by 830am I couldn’t wait any longer since no personal who does blood work was there. Only receptionist was there. And after seeing some reviews this work etiquette is ongoing in this place. I would be happy to hear some explanation. Thank you
