I was told that I can't do the blood test cause I don't have medicare. Even I was willing to pay I was been told there is no option to pay. And I was sent back because of that. Just wasted my time. At worst keep asking me about my medical condition
Arrived before 8am. Waited for 45minutes. Pathology staff did not show. No communication. Very unprofessional.
Seriously one of the worst experiences — repeatedly. This isn’t the first time either. How can you be kept waiting for more than 30 minutes between every patients every time? What exactly is the lab staff doing — performing surgeries? Even when the test was marked urgent and was done before 10am, the results didn’t come through by the end of the day.
