Great service from this pathology team. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, not only that but they also take care to throw in a few extra words for reassurance and clarity.
Awesome staff and location was right next to my GP.
Staff was fantastic. However there was only one collector to do all duties including clerical. At least 20 patients waiting and less than 10 chairs in waiting room. It appears Laverty is putting profits before patients and over staff workload.
Fast friendly and efficient service at Laverty Brunker Rd… especially for before work as they open 6.30am
Excellent! The staff were very kind and provided a painless blood test, even though they were extremely busy with a full waiting room from 6.30am.
