As someone with very low blood pressure who gets nervous for blood tests Julia was extremely understanding, kind, professional and made me feel at ease. The blood collection was seamless and painless. Thank you so much Julia.
Overall very disappointed. After an easy experience completing an online booking for a glucose test that was then confirmed, I showed up at the time of the appointment to find a sign on the door that said “Sorry for the inconvenience, we are closed today”. Only option was to access the QR code on the sign which only took you to the general Laverty website. I have had traumatising blood tests every time I go and get one. I was recommended to go to Julia, and I was NOT disappointed. She reassured me, followed safe and healthy practices and went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. I will forever and always be returning to this pathology clinic just so Julia can do my blood tests. Thankyou!!
I went into Adamstown this morning to have a test completed, due to low stock Julia was unable to complete the test then and there. Julia went above and beyond organising me to attend another clinic which had stock and could complete the test for me. Unfortunately, Julia shouldn't have had to go to those lengths, this was the third attempt I had in trying to get the test completed. Julia was a shining light in an overall very poor organisation.
