Very busy. Got there about a minute after opening time and there were already 6 before me and only one nurse. Nurse was very friendly and proficient.
Julia was an absolute pleasure. Came in for a pathology appointment after running around to other clinics that maps/google/websites said were open but weren’t. It was incredibly difficult trying to figure out which clinics were open and the automated voice message on the general line made it even more so. But once I got to this one, Julia helped me with everything that I needed. She is a beautifully funny, professional, and kind person, and I cannot thank her enough for helping me out. Julia was amazing. She has such a beautiful manner, makes you feel at ease. She is very skilled at taking bloods, I always go back to her as she does it in a way that is virtually painless! Thank you 😊

Receptionist was bad mouthing the company systems when i arrived. Very very slow. Poor inefficient system/ process. Very very small waiting room. No privacy for taking bloods. Talk loud about other patients issues. Building is not fit for purpose. Pathology collectors were quite ok, otherwise would have been 1 star.
