Terrible in every way
Terrible experience, no signage, or anything regarding the location of the collection centre, one has to figure out where it is, then you are asked to ring a bell and wait. rang the bell 5 times, 25 mins later nobody came out. Bear in mind, this was the second attempt to get blood taken at a Laverty collection centre, first went to the one inside the ashfield mall and was told the collector wasnt taking more patients as she did not feel well, fair enough, I thought let me go to the nearest one.
