Overall was a really smooth and efficient visit, and the staff member was super friendly and made me feel comfortable easily. I got there around 9am and didn't have to wait at all. It was the most pain-free blood taking I can recall ever having. Was in and out of there in less than 10min.
Mandy is lovely! She went above and beyond calling back the blood collector to ensure my urgent bloods got there in time. She is such a nice person and good at her job
I was looked after by a lovely lady , who was very skilled, kind & caring! Most appreciative!
