I have been attending this pathology collection centre for some time now because the staff are consistently friendly and efficient. This has been a refreshing contrast to some of my experiences at other pathology providers, where I encountered multiple unsuccessful blood collection attempts, sites that closed up to 60 minutes before their advertised closing time and locations listed as open that were not operating on the days indicated. I had a nice experience with two ladies this week at this collection centre. I was a walk in and was able to get 2 tests done and booked in for the other test the following morning. They were experiencing some stress from another patient mix up but handled it well. I didn't even feel the blood being drawn and they were very considerate when doing my ecg. They were friendly and patient.
