The Balgownie Collection shop is regularly closed. It is closed today and was also closed yesterday. I live 300 metres from the Balgownie shop and my Haematologist requires me to use Laverty. I continually send people waiting outside to Southern Pathology just down the road. This is an extremely frustrating situation for customers who live in Balgownie, Fairy Meadow & Tarrawanna. Open at 7:30 sharp Walk in appointment Fast service and friendly staff. Highly recommend
Advertises 7:30am open and even hand written on sign of door. Still awaiting to see anyone in sight and it’s been 50mins past open time. Very bad look, especially if you have people needing to get prompt testing.
Know they have patients fasting but still cannot be bothered opening on time.
