Technician today was very rude and dismissive. Was obviously too worried about being on his phone watching some anime on YouTube to explain to me that i needed to fast for my blood test, which I had no idea about. As I was told I could do the blood test after my GP appointment.
My wife always had difficulty with blood collection and collectors always try two three times and ended up getting blood from back of the hand which is very painful. Having recommended Rachitha from few of my friends we drove from Belconnen to Kambah to see Rachitha for my wife’s bloods. Wait times were like 20mins and Rachitha was very professional advised us clearly about the possible fees and carefully and gently inspected the arms before attempting to draw blood.
