No idea how, but they lost my glucose test results and then had the nerve to swear I never had it done there despite somehow already having the blood results from that same test. Absolutely terrifying knowing a medical clinic can be this careless with results that are literally critical to someone’s health. They also have no way to contact them absolutely disgraceful
Terrible booking system. Can't speak to a local human, only a call centre person who just refers you to the website and an invisible option that's impossible to find. No customer service at all. Terrible service.
Very professional and efficient staff.
Friendly and polite staff, I always come here for my blood tests. Love the way how they treat their patients.
