I just had today Mel taking my blood sample and it was fantastic! What an adorable person! And I even didn't fell the pinch at all! It's so good when you go for a test that can be so stressful and a person like her receives you with a big 😁 ! Thank you Mel!
Had a very bad experience, I went there to make a appointment right after seeing GP last week, the lady pointed at a poster on the wall saying they don't accept appointment booking, just walk-in on Saturday. Then I called today asking about the pre-test preparation. Then I was told there's no spot available, I need to book a appointment. Very rude and unprofessional. Such a waste of time.

Very disappointing experience today, I had a glucose resistance test (to rule gestational diabetes) to do and in past experiences I had to just walk in and take them, however I was told that they only do it by appointment (post COVID standards) ok, when I explain that it's hard for me to come just like that, that any other day I can do after 12, but I'm in bed already by 9 and having dinner by 7, which is inconvenient for them because I can't be fasting more that 12-14 hours, it is also very rare for me to be available earli... read more
