Kylie in Nowra was fabulous in taking blood from my difficult veins. She was friendly, welcoming as well as being professional. I had some issues with my online pathology request that she dealt with beautifully. A really lovely person who did a great job taking my twelve vials of blood and making me feel like I was a valued customer/patient.
