Went in for a blood test at 2:30pm, no appointment, didn't have to wait.
If you're getting blood drawn go on Sunday and ask for Sonia. Great communication, very reassuring, flawless competence. Can't ask for a better experience.
Very slow. Seemed like every appointment took at least 15 minutes, with 5-10+ minute breaks between each patient. Great they're not rushing but I've never seen that anywhere before. Also saw a Pathologist enter the other room where her colleague was with a patient.
