Very nice place, they keep to opening hours and the staff are very attentive.
Thank you to the incredible woman for a heartfelt conversation about the reason why I was getting my blood collection. She brightened my day. There was no wait time too.
I always use glebe for my blood tests. The hours are good, staff are always pleasant and wait time is usually short.
I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience of my life having a blood test. First, the lab lost my sample and asked me to come back to take it again (and they wanted me to wait in the queue again to do it). Then, the lab lost my results for over a month. Me, the GP and the specialist had to call the lab many, many, many times and go through a painful process in order to finally obtain the results, that they fax (yes, fax!) it over to the doctor. Do not recommend this place. my blood test (a very extensive one which required a lot of blood taking from me) is lost and not been sent to my GP and I am in a loop between the pathology and GP to sort this out, which is not my job! the last thing I want to do is to go back to this place and repeat this heavy blood test. I also should mention, sitting in the collection room was a very bad experience since the area was really dirty and unorganised. please remove this lab from your list next time you are considering taking a b... read more
