I would say that not everyone will always agree with management style but here at LaVerna we strive to make everyone happy while providing a quiet place to enjoy as their home. LaVerna has policies and procedures in place to meet the requirements of HUD and their mission. WONDERFUL PLACE UNDERSTANDING EXCELLENT HELP
I have done volunteer work at Laverne Terrace and really feel for the residents. The current manager(Misty) is in need of classes on communication skills and anger management. The residents dislike her very much and she is very short with them giving no concern of their well being. This place will never be to full capacity as long as she remains manager.
