Response time less than 15 minutes. Repair time 20 minutes. And on a Saturday too! VERY PLEASED with the whole experience. Kevin was so nice. If I ever need a plumber again LaVergne's will be my only call. Thanks, guys. Good job.

I have come back here to update my review after having other plumbing companies come out to do the same estimate LaVergne’s. Due to what we found out, I have changed the star rating to the lowest I could put. This company does tiered pricing structure. It felt blatantly inflated and exploitative to me. They also repeatedly tried to upsell me services. I did not need that came across as predatory rather than professional.
