Laverdiere Construction worked in my neighborhood. They were doing work for the city, curbs, street, etc. They cover the streets with a very fine substance early on in the project. That substance had a chemical in it and when vehicles drove through it the substance billowed into the air. Our houses, cars, lawns were heavily covered with the stuff.
