Exceptional! Lavenders Skincare and Wellbeing is impeccably clean, comfortable and incredibly relaxing. Hasanthis massage technique is simply amazing and each treatment is of a very high standard. I have tried a number of the treatments with the buccal, sculptural and hydrodermabrasion treatments my personal favourites. Hasanthis personalised approach to skincare and tailoring treatments to suit my individual needs means my skin has never looked or felt so good. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately for me, my first experience with Hasanthi was not as pleasant. I was looking forward to this treat so much and had driven 50 minutes to be there. I arrived to the appointment 5 minutes early however was greeted at the door with ‘You are 30 minutes late.’ I was not 30 minutes late, then she tried saying she had called me but I had no missed calls. Hasanthi was very accommodative when I booked the appointment for the wrong date. She responded and provided me with an alternative time that worked for me. He home salon was very clean and the service was super great, had a good facial and a lymphatic drainage massage. She knew what she was doing and loved the service. She also advised me of post care and followed up on how I was feeling the next day! In short she went above and beyond and will be visiting her soon!
Hasanthi is incredible. Her hands are like a dream and she always leaves you feeling pampered, relaxed, calm, refreshed, and beautiful. I am so happy to have found her and will continue going to her for massages and facials. My face always looks rejuvenated, sculpted and glowing when I leave. Thank you Hasanthi!
