Christa is wonderful! She is always so good to our pups! She takes the time to get to know them and make them feel comfortable with her before starting her in home services! 10/10
I found Dr. M (now S) back around Covid when vets weren’t allowing you into the office still. She’s since taken care of our 3 cats and our dog who did pass in 2024. A lot of the negative comments confuse me. She’s nothing but kind to us every time we are here and asks about our son now too. Yes, sometimes scheduling can take a bit of back and forth and reschedules or later times than planned but she’s a one woman operation without a staff to assist there. Came to my home to get bloodwork on my semi feral dog. The dog had to be sedated because of her intense fear of strangers, and in the process, my terrified dog peed and pooped all over herself, and the whole process was traumatizing for everyone involved. We were vacationing in the Hillsboro area when our dog had an encounter with 'something' - a bee, a horsefly....we don't know. It was 8pm, we were 60 miles from home, and his face was swelling very quickly. I came across LAVender Vet Services on google, and left Dr. Swanson a message. She returned my call quickly, guided us on what would work best for Petey, and she was spot on. I am so appreciative for her help - she was a life saver! 5 stars are not enough!
